No services are planned at this time for Emmett D. Reed age 66 of Ozark, Missouri. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson, Mo. Burial will be at a later date in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.

He died July 24, 2012 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Mo.

He was born on May 5, 1946 in San Diego, California the son of Emmett and Ruby Allen Reed. He was a former payroll technician with San Diego County, CA. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had been a former resident of Forsyth, Mo.

Survivors are one son: Clifford Reed of Joplin, Mo. One brother, John Reed of Santa Barbara, California. Two Sisters; Stella Powell of Montana and Willena Ross of California. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Allen Ray Reed.
