Florence Ann Steward, age 84, was born on May 19, 1928 in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of John and Frances Ruchlewicz, and sister to Leo, Rita, Frances and John Peter Ruchlewicz. She was Alumna of West Philadelphia High School, Class of 1946. She worked at the Curtis Publishing Company in Philadelphia in the early 1950's until she married Jacob Warren Steward Jr. on May 1, 1954. They resided in Upper Darby, PA. until Jacob's death in 2000. She was an avid sports fan, liked casino gambling, and was always looking for ways to help other's. She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Donna Steward, who resides in Springfield, MO. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangments have been entrusted in Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
